The speedy shrimp

I saw this very interesting video, is about Sheila Patek, she is a biologist reasearcher who try to explain us the measure of the movement that the mantis shrimp can make while he feed by himself.

She show us that also each animal has different characteristics in terms of speed when the mother nature act.

It is amazing that there are certain animals that we ussualy said that the speedy one is the jaguar. Allthough we forgot that the faster animal in the world is not the one who run fast, Sheila Patek explains that we can figure out that through the animal who can cath his prey as fast as it can.

Those movements we cannot see at simple view, a basic camera does not show exactly how -in this case the mantis shrimp- can made that move. Surely each of them emit different sounds according to the mesure but certainly it is because they have different levels of speed.

I hope you like it ;-)
